### **How to Create & Embed a Form**

1. **Go to the Lead Gen Forms Section**
2. **Create a New Form** and give it a name.
3. **Add Fields** to capture relevant lead data (e.g., Name, Email, Phone Number).
4. **Customize Appearance** (button color, text, branding options).
5. **Generate the Embed Code** and paste it into your website.
6. **Manage Collected Leads** directly in your CRM.
